Luxury Vacation Review: Tour of Italy & Greece, Athens, Crete, Tuscany

Our agents of at this travel company were awesome.  In particular, they 1)  gave suggestions and timelines for our itinerary that worked out much better than the one I proposed.  For example,  I would have had us in Santorini when it was cold and rainy and quiet . . . because I didn't know any better.  With our agents' guidance we had a great itinerary; 2)  every detail and event in our trip went smoothly.  Every hotel was ready for us, every driver picked us up at the right time and location, every tour had our names.  We were able to enjoy the areas instead of worrying about how to get somewhere or what to do; 3)  helped us out during the trip: the airline employees in Greece suddenly went on strike the day we were leaving and these two helped us reroute our trip to be able to spend two days in Paris until we could fly into Athens; and another time my wife's knee was very sore and she was having trouble walking and our agents personally called the private tour guide scheduled for the next day so he could change our itinerary so there wouldn't be too much walking.  We loved this personal service.
