New Zealand & Australia Tour Review: 36-Day Vacation

We worked with Shelley and she was terrific. Traveling throughout New Zealand and then the coast of Australia was more complicated planning than we had ever done so we turned to her for assistance. She listened carefully to who we are and what sort of traveling we enjoy, and then got to work. She fine-tuned the itinerary as we gave her feedback and then provided a very detailed plan before we left. When things went wrong - major and minor - Shelley jumped in and helped resolve them. We would definitely recommend her.
