Fabulous trip. Tour company owner was very patient  during the  trip planning process. Since we had a sixteen hour  time difference , he made a great effort to call when it was convenient for us. The tour company recognizes they are in a service industry, and want to provide a top quality service.

As seasoned travelers we are clear that we wanted an adventurous , very accommodating guide, who went the extra mile for us , and was willingly to show us places that we hadn’t planned on.
The tour company has a seamless process. They are very aware in real time of difficulties or changes during the trip. They were in touch with our guide or us during our entire trip, to make sure things were running smoothly.
We were very clear about our desire to be in unusual or upscale boutique hotels, most of the accommodations were fabulous. We would highly recommend them.
