We had a wonderful trip. All arrangements and transfers went like clockwork, which made our trip relaxing and fun.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The entire trip was enjoyable. If it wasn’t for the detailed planning done in advance by Zicasso’s tour company, it would not have been so. Kudos to our agent.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would probably spend less time in Queenstown and somehow spend a few more days on the southwest coast. We enjoyed staying at the lodge on Arthur’s Pass and learned they have a sister property on the west coast. Also, although conveniently located in Queenstown, our hotel was a bit of a letdown. The breakfast, staff, and even the room just weren’t up to par compared to our other stays. Our accommodation in Nelson was fabulous and will receive our highest recommendation!
