New Zealand Trip Review: North & South Islands, Tongariro Alpine Crossing, Hobbiton, Hikes, Boat Trip, City Tours

We had an amazing custom trip to the north and south islands of New Zealand.  Our travel planner of this travel company lives in NZ and worked closely with us to put together exactly what we wanted.  We received a detailed itinerary, road atlases, and maps upon our arrival, and everything went perfectly without a single problem.  Our travel planner was in frequent contact and readily available throughout the process, and offered to take us to dinner and show us his hometown of Christchurch, although sadly our full schedule did not allow it.  He took our wish list and made all the arrangements and made additional excellent suggestions.  All our personal guides and tours and hotels were the best, because he knows the people and the companies and has done many of the activities and excursions himself.  We absolutely loved gorgeous New Zealand and its lovely friendly people, and feel that the trip could not have been better.  This travel company has our highest, unconditional recommendation.
