From the First contact until we left the country (and even after), this travel team's communication was stellar.
They customized our trip itinerary per our requests and made recommendations and suggestions when asked. Everything was as promised when we arrived and the trip was spectacular!
We were fortunate to have our trip planner accompany us, as well as a travel specialist for part of the trip and the local color and information was invaluable.
HIGHLY Recommended to use them!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The first and very important part of the trip was the knowledge of the country and sites that our trip planner provided. The countryside was some of the most scenic I have seen!
Dinner cruise the first night!
Glow worm cave.
Zip line adventure.
Hobbiton Movie set.
Sulphur Thermals
Farm tour and sheep shearing!
Flight to Milford Sound
Just to name a few of the memories!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The trip was basically perfect!
Maybe leave off the Train ride to Christchurch at the end. Although it was rated VERY well (and was), and because only after our trip planner got done showing us so many dramatic and breathtaking views, the train was a bit anti climatic.
The Lady Knox Geyser was not very exciting, and could have just done the Thermals.....
