Review: Anniversary Trip to Germany & Switzerland, Interlaken, Nuremberg, Muncih, Dachau, Alps Hiking, Local Culture

We recently used this travel company for a 10 night trip to Germany and Switzerland for our Anniversary. We were very pleased with their service and the arrangements. They took the time to determine what our interests were and worked with us on which sights and activities we wanted on our daily activities. We really appreciated the restaurant recommendations and loved the hotels!

They provided us with a print out of our itinerary and tickets, maps, etc for each event / city. They also provided a cellphone for use during the trip that had a German sim card. The advantage of this phone was that it was preprogrammed with contact and location information for our destinations and was also useful for keeping in touch with our Travel Advisor. Whenever we needed anything or had a question, we would call or text our travel advisor and she quickly responded. We figured this out immediately when our trip began (in Amsterdam after we spent a few days visiting friends) and the train that had been arranged was cancelled. Not speaking Dutch and not being familiar with the train system in Europe, we called our travel advisor as instructed and she immediately booked another train and provided clear instructions specifically what to do to change our ticket / where to catch the train.
