Everything was arranged very satisfactorily by our travel agent. He was in touch with us from the beginning, helping us to set up the tour we wanted. He responded the same day when we called or e-mailed. Accommodations were excellent, but even more importantly, the airport facilitators and the drivers were always on time. They helped us jump through all the hoops with a minimum of fuss.  Above all, our guide, who was with us for eleven days, proved to be a treasure. His deep knowledge and quiet pride in his heritage made our trip very special. He coordinated details seamlessly and met  our requests with patient attention. One of the best steps was having him do all the tipping of drivers and those who provided minor services. That turned out to be reasonable and saved us a lot of brainwork. I've traveled a lot and found this guide one of the best guides in the business.
