Very smooth and prompt communication throughout the planning process.  Our travel specialist listened as I described the trip I was seeking and further asked if we would be interested in certain related experiences/excursions.  The hotels that we stayed at were spacious, clean, and was close to train stations or bus stops and worked within our budget.  The info packet we received was  also very thorough since it laid out particular transportation routes/times which made finding our way a breeze.  There was also  general information about the cities we were visiting with points of interest and even restaurant recommendations as well.  We has a good mix of guided days and free days.  All of our tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable.  My family and I were very happy with how well-planned the trip was and how smoothly it went about.
