Review: Family Trip to Switzerland & Italy, Zurich, Lucerne, Lake Maggiore, Alpine Lakes

We just wrapped up an amazing vacation in Europe (Switzerland and Italy) that was planned and customized so meticulously by a tour company on behalf of Zicasso. From the very initial planning stage till the end of the trip, everything was executed perfectly. By the time we finished our vacation we probably accumulated more than hundred communications with our travel agents. 

We were travelling with a small kid and we wanted to keep the pace slow and relaxed. We changed our plan multiple times at the planning stage and our tour company was extremely accommodating to our requests. Every time, they came up with alternate suggestions. The directions were precise and clear. We could visualize the place even before we visited there. 

The travel company responded extremely fast whenever we wanted any information. Hotels were meticulously chosen so that we are nor far off from amenities. Our agents were available all the time on Whatsapp call or messaging and we never felt like in any unfamiliar place. 

On our arrival at Zurich, we didn't receive the copy of few vouchers and tickets, but we didn't panic unnecessarily as our agent was always available over phone and instructed us what to do next. And everything was delivered on our next destination. 

Honestly, this vacation was a vacation of a life time for my family. Every day we were amazed by what we saw and all the new places we went.  We made great memories that will last a lifetime and we are extremely grateful to our travel company/Zicasso  for helping us make all these amazing memories!
