Our trip to Italy was amazing & the experience of a lifetime, but it would not have been the same without our travel consultant who was absolutely phenomenal!  First, she put together a package for us that was tailored to our specific interests & requests, then she made sure that we received the Italian smart phone from her, with all her contact information & google maps set up so that we could reach her at any time without any confusion, as well as a "Welcome basket". 

When we had a couple of issues (not her fault in anyway), we called her right away, and within minutes, she made the problems disappear like magic!  For example, my husband left his personal phone in one of our transport vehicles, & our travel consultant was able to track down the driver & had him deliver that phone back to us within the hour.

I also would like to mention that all the drivers/guides arranged by our travel consultant were incredible people who were unbelievably pleasant, helpful & patient & went out of their way to make our trip even more enjoyable! Thanks to all & a special thank you to our drivers!
