Our vacation arranged by this travel agent was one of the best vacations in our life.

From her first email our agent demonstrated her professionalism, listening to our wishes and crafting and re-drafting the trip itinerary to accommodate our requests and expectation.

When we arrived in Italy, everything was arranged perfectly. All accommodation, routes and places to vsisit exceeded our expectations. It was just fantastic.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Every day and adventure planned by our agent and her company was spectacular. It's difficult to name only one or two moments. All locations and hotels were superb and very relaxing. Flying a hotel air balloon over Tuscany and having a champagne breakfast after that was another great adventure. We also loved the cheese making class at the cheese farm and wine tasting in Banffi and Barbi.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Would probably scheduled fewer activities to have more time to enjoy breath taking hotels and resorts where we stayed ...( but that was our fault as we wanted to squeeze everything in those 18 days :)
