We traveled all over the world and this is the first time we used Zicasso.

I cannot imagine a better travel company than this one. Their process of planning is flawless: at first they had over an hour telephone conversation with me to find out what I liked, didn't like, what I was looking to get out of this trip, what my interests were, my activity level etc. Then they planned a rough draft which we went over meticulously thru E-mail exchanges. After this we had an hour Skype call to make sure all was perfect. And it was! While in Greece they contacted us on a regular basis to check up on us to see if all was going well. And, in case we needed them, they were available. Their itinerary, hotels and excursions could not have been any better. The owners met us at the airport twice and at our hotel for cocktails. They really wanted to know their customers. Throughout the trip, from planning to execution they were our personal "concierges". Most importantly they were a pleasure to work with. They are wonderful people.
