Never book through this agent again.  When we went to Morocco our agent was very helpful and made our trip a trip of a life time.  This trip, we felt like we were doing more work correcting our travel agent's oversights.

I just wanted to follow up on your comment posted with Zicasso. First of all, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and miscommunication that you experienced during the holiday. I do appreciate your feedback and inputs as these serves for us to improve our service and partners whom we are choosing to work with. I also want to let you know that this won't happen again in the future. After all, my guests' satisfaction are the top priority and we do take your comments seriously.

I wanted to let you know that I did follow up on the issues that you have mentioned.

1. Borneo tour 

This Orangutan tour is located in a wild jungle where you sleep in a wooden traditional boat named klotok across the river. All rivers are brown in Indonesia, especially in the middle of the jungle. It cannot be compared with luxurious boat. I have asked the guy to send photos of the boat he was using for you guys and I have received it. That is the boat that people will get in these tours in Indonesia. You can also google these klotok boats in orangutan tour. They are all in this standard or even worse. My company also have been handling tourists from Europe and there was zero complain about this so I am thinking that it shouldn't be a problem too, but it actually is. I would highly suggest if for you to stay at the bungalow and do the orangutan tour if you decide to retake these kind of tours in the future (since this is the standard of a wooden klotok boat that I have seen. I have personally inspect this on the spot and we are making our own boat since there is a high demand for these tours). Next time, I will make sure to communicate with the travelers about the boat condition.

2. Hotel in Ubud

This is a five-star hotel and I have also given you the price according to the contract rate price to fit within the budget range. I do apologize if this is also a problem since I have sent the detailed price and there was no comment about this. Do also bear in mind that the stay in Ubud include breakfast and accommodate 3 people instead of 2. Price is also included with the tours and transfers (not only accommodation).

Overall, I apologize for that inconvenience and I have addressed the issue with my local supplier and I am very open to discuss this. Your feedback prompt me into looking at better alternatives. Again, thank you for traveling with us and your feedback.
