This travel agent is a professional who has done the research and knows what his customers want before the customer even knows what to ask for. My daughter, Hannah, and I decided on a trip to Japan and had a vague idea of what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go....Our agent honed those thoughts into an experience that we will never forget! Our request involved being able to see as much of the Youth Culture of Anime/Manga along with an historic cultural tour of Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima. Our agent provided this and more! A personal assistant upon arrival at Narita to help us on our journey as well as guidance with the subway/trains throughout the country at every juncture. Knowing that there would be someone there to help with the transfers at various locations helped ease the anxiety of the unfamiliar. Every person that our agent provided to assist us was English proficient, kind and helpful - much like the entire country- we love Japan!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Being able to attend a Kabuki performance with the Japanese elite dressed in formal Kimono was something extremely special. Thank you for scoring those tickets!!

Having a private class with a published Manga Author was a once in a lifetime experience.

Participating in a Tea Ceremony in the historic city of Kyoto with a gracious hostess as well as being able to learn the art of Ikebana was something that wasn't on my radar but that which I would recommend highly.

A Samurai class wielding a real sword and learning their art of dance - my personal video included...OMG...my husband now has serious blackmail on me... .

Rickshaw tour through a bamboo forest... I thought this was going to be a bit touristy...it was but the driver was not only knowledgeable with the local history but knew ALOT about forestry when it came to raising bamboo - totally unexpected.

Enjoying an amazing meal at an authentic ryokan and being able to relax in the healing hot springs was something that I never considered but enjoyed immensely, thank you!

Hiking Mt Misen at Miyajima National Park - WOW, enough said....deer messengers were a bonus

The personal guides that accompanied us for several private tours in each city were certified guides (national certifications) knowledgable and most importantly kind and accommodating to any situation.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Relax and know that our agent was going to take care of the details.
