The trip designer was fantastic to work with.  He was extremely responsive and spent a lot of time going over options, making suggestions and reworking the itinerary until it was perfect for our group.  His suggested excursions were some of our favorite experiences of the trip.  He also made himself available during our trip and continued to assist us in finding and booking day trips.  The trip designer made the entire planning and booking process stress free.
