Our travel agency did a great job at organizing the trip. First, the travel plan was very well balanced and really tailored to my interests. This company knows India insight out. People I met on the road said that I had seen the best of India, i.e. not just the classic Delhi and Agra that most tourists visit but also Leh-Ladakh and Rishikesh. Guides included a professional photographer and a cook, from which I learnt a lot. They were always local and well connected, e.g. the Leh guide was a practicing Bhuddist who could really explain the religion because he felt it. Another guide was a superb historian and story teller. Everybody was always on time and always went out of their way to make the visits enjoyable. Our agent's team contacted me regularly to make sure everything was going according to plan. If I wanted to add new services, e.g. an additional visit, they accommodated.  Hotels were always top class but reasonably priced.  I spent four days in an Ashram and relied blindly on the travel agency. I was really happy with the quality of the Yoga and meditation classes and the general atmosphere and food in the Ashram. I warmly recommend this travel agency.
