Review: Tour of The Netherlands, Germany, France, Switzerland & Israel, Tel Aviv, Zurich, Cologne, River Cruise

They took care of the basics. It was not a total disaster.  They were not detail oriented. They were not responsive in the way I would’ve liked them to be. I had to take care of some things myself just to make sure there would be no problems. For example, our hotel in Israel had no record of our reservation a week before we came there. I don’t think I will use them again. If I did not take care of some things, I believe there would’ve been problems. They never checked to see where our pick up would be when our cruise changed. I had to take care of that.  For the amount of money I paid, I  wiould have expected better service.  I will not recommend them to any of my friends.  Also I had to reserve my own seats on the  flights.  This should’ve been taken care of when the reservation was made. My wife and I cannot sit together on the trip back from Tel Aviv to New York. I was not happy about this.   Also there was A reservatiomn only for one person at a hotel in Zürich and no breakfast included.   I’ve also discovered that on my own.  Obviously  it should have been for two and breakfast was included.

Trip was fine. I will tell you however, that a river cruise is not all that it should be. Our tour company did not provide us with times of talking and how much time we would have a neat city. I am not sure I will take a river cruise again because it did not give me enough time to do just what I was doing every day. It was too rushed.
