Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.  I am delighted to hear that you had such a wonderful time and fell in love with the beauty of Scotland.

Your comments regarding the hotels are very useful to us and we are so pleased to hear that you found most of the accommodation to be unique and charming.

As you are aware we were all very disappointed that our preferred choice of accommodation on Skye was not available for your full stay. However, we were fortunate that the alternative hotel was available to help us out on this occasion. It is a very highly regarded property but I do understand that it is a different experience than the other leading hotels you were able to enjoy elsewhere.

I strive to provide the best experience for my clients and I am very sorry to hear that you had some unnecessary driving time.  I do apologize for that inconvenience.  Following your feedback we have taken it upon ourselves to add further detail and information regarding distances and driving times to both points of interest, as well as the hotels which we already include within our itineraries, to ensure that this doesn’t happen again in the future.
