Scotland Family Trip Review: Edinburgh, Orkney, Castles, History, 12-Day Vacation

Our Tour guide was great and very knowledgeable.  She would give us so much history and background on the drive to our sites that y the time we got there we knew most of what was going to be presented.  Additionally and more impressively were the little off the path sites she took us to.  Sites not in any tour books or main tour bus paths. Our accommodations were top notch with reservations all laid out.   It was a great trip!
The only friction point was having to email back and forth through the Zicasso email threat. For my Wife and I always tried to keep each other CC'ed on important or planning email.   Only my email was on the thread and even if I CC'ed her, She would be dropped from the emails.  I would recommend adding a feature  add in additional emails for your email routing system.  This would be especially useful in large family/ group trips. We did have phone calls with Jeff and the travel agency which we were both on, but a lot of the planning was worked out via email.  This would be an enhancement of your system not a issue with the travel company, and it was just an inconvenience.
