Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Overall, it was amazing! While traveling we appreciated the frequent contact and access to 24/7 assistance if needed.

There were a couple times in which our plans had to be adjusted due to unforeseen challenges. Three of the four times, they were adapted well! One time, the tour guide did not communicate how plans had to be adapted and we missed out out visiting an entire town which was very disappointing given it mattered more to us than others.
We liked the flow of our travel, recommendations provided, and having assistance with driving and tour guides every step of the way!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

There were 3 of us and we would each likely reply differently. One of us like swimming and boating Vernazza best. Another liked exploring Rome with our tour guid best. I liked exploring Florence with our tour guide and also having free time to shop and relax there.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would not stay at the luxury resort in Tuscany. A couple of the staff were rude and the hotel room (not having any bathroom privacy) was more set up for romance than a sisters trip like we did. If I could do it again, I also would have made sure our driver did not drive off with our luggage like he did after dropping us off at the resort. We were dropped off at 10am and did not have luggage till 9pm!
