South Africa, Botswana & Zimbabwe Family Tour Review: Victoria Falls, Soweto, Safari, Hot Air Balloon, Wine, Beaches, Rafting

Natalie from the travel agency was AMAZING.  She was professional, knowledgeable and courteous at all times.  Her arrangements and recommendations made our trip to South Africa a marvelous experience.  We had numerous back and forth emails and she was always prompt, patient and respectful of my wishes.  
I was in charge of organizing an African Safari for a family group of 17 people from 6 different cities within the US.  Natalie was recommended and she was truly wonderful.  She took my ideas of what I wanted to do and made it a reality at a price I could afford.  She managed to orchestrate moving all 17 of us through 3 different countries and 4 different locations over 12 days absolutely seamless.  Each of the transportation companies she chose for us were timely, had clean, comfortable vehicles and handled our luggage with no problems.  The drivers were always courteous and friendly.  Each of the accommodations she chose for us were spot on and perfect for our experience.  There was not a single day where we didn't have some activity planned and she made all the arrangements for us.  One day, we actually split up into 3 different groups and went 3 different ways and she handled it all.  There was Cage Shark Diving, Hot Air Ballooning, Wine Tours, Peninsula Tours, Boulder Beach, day trip to Chobe, White Water Rafting, Elephant Encounters, Canopy Tours, Apartheid Museum, Nelson Mandela House and a tour of Soweto.  I'm sure I missed a couple.  
Natalie also arranged 3 intra-Africa flights for us and moving all 17 through Immigration 5 different times.  We were met each time at the airport and our luggage was picked up for us and we were escorted to our vehicle.  We didn't have to lift a finger.  Truly a luxurious experience.
Family dynamics of such a large group can be stressful at times.  Having had Natalie make such an easy go of it, is what made this trip a Grand Slam.
