Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

This travel company and the travel planner were wonderful. He was extremely attentive, listened closely to what we wanted and delivered a fabulous vacation. Everything went off as planned and it was honestly one of the best vacations we have taken. So many details were rolled up by our travel planner and worked seamlessly. We moved from city to city by air, picked up and dropped off rental cars without mishap, were met by drivers and guides exactly where and when we expected to.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The caves, the pintxos (tappas), the Guggenheim, the people, touring small villages, the scenery, restaurants and food. Everything.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We might spend a bit more on the hotels. Because we booked very close to when we were traveling, our travel planner had to work with fewer possibilities. He did extremely well, but I might have gone one more notch up (for more money, of course). Our travel planner offered this possibility, but we declined. But all the hotels were we stayed in were excellent, just not luxurious.
