Spain Vacation Review: Tours of Prado Museum, the Alhambra & Royal Alcazar of Seville, Visit to Private Art Collection, History

We throughly enjoyed our time with each guide.  I especially liked the guide’s tour of the Prado.  She made the art come alive and showed small details we would have missed otherwise.  Another guide offered a wonderful tour of the Alhambra.  She was able to guide us into less congested areas to talk about the history, so that the visit was more pleasurable.  My favorite part was a visit to a private art collection.  I couldn’t believe the magnitude of his collection, and to see it privately was something I’ll never forget.  We thoroughly enjoyed the guides’ tour of the Alcazar and the tapas and flamenco tour.  She helped me purchase a Manton de Manila, translating for me. We also enjoyed our day in Toledo very much.  I also want to praise the hotel in Seville.  The hotel and service from start to finish was flawless.
