Switzerland Vacation Review: 8-Night Trip

We had a wonderful time.  The team at the travel agency was amazing to work with.  The pre-trip review of the travel itinerary and documents was very helpful.  Having pre-arranged transportation when changing hotels was very helpful.  They also gave us recommended times for trains and gondolas to get to events we were scheduled for which was very helpful in keeping us on track.  The team was very helpful and responsive through the planning and while we were on the trip.  All of their hard work made it that much more relaxing for us!
