The trip planner & co. provided great service and did a fabulous job helping us plan the overall trip. The guides were the key to our getting the most out of each location. Our only issue relates to the accommodation in Capalbio on our final night on the trip. It wss not a quality facility and we noticed cockroaches in the lobby. It was only a waypoint as we drove to Rome for our departure for home the next day, but we should have spent more time researching for a higher-end place.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The most memorable parts of the trip were the views hiking to and around the villages of the Cinque Terre, traveling the Tuscany countryside and visiting hilltop towns, experiencing Italian cuisine and agriturismo.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Clearly, we wished we had booked an early morning pre-public private tour of the Sistine Chapel in Rome. The oppressive crowds at the Vatican are a hindrance to the experience there. As a suggestion for your agents and their clients visiting Rome, the environment of massive tourist crowds can not be over emphasized.
