Our trip to Italy was amazing. Gabriella understood exactly what we wanted and stuck to our budget. She was so easy to work with, which in turn created a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. After attempting to work with several other travel agencies unsuccessfully, we were fortunate to find such a pro as Gabriella to make it all come to together.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Hotel Orafi in Florence was exceptional. We stayed in the executive suite with a balcony for 4 days and truly enjoyed it there. Their customer service was top-notch. Also, our wine and cheese tour selected by Gabriella throughout Tuscany was a trip to never be forgotten. It was a perfect day of site seeing and tasting throughout Siena, Pienza, Montalcino and Montalpulciano. Molto, molto bene!!!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We did not like Hotel Ponte Sisto in Rome. They hassled us about the room we booked, their customer service was terrible and overall it's not a nice hotel. Starting in Florence and ending in Rome felt a bit like a downgrade on many levels so if I were to do it all over again I would start in Rome and end in Florence.
