Thank you to this Italy travel agency for planning everything within such a small window of time (1 month before departure). This was possible because of their quick responses to queries and requests during the planning stage. They were very willing to amend the itinerary and change it as many times as was needed, until we were satisfied. The trip went as planned, and it was very relaxing and enjoyable.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The calm and easy pace of the trip. It was no frills and worry free. All requests before and during the trip were made possible.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I'd choose a more centrally located hotel in Palermo. It was our first time in Sicily, so we weren't familiar with the best areas to stay in, unlike Rome which we've been to several times. While the property was comfortable, we wished it was closer to the parts of town which catered to our interests.
