Travel Review: Italy Anniversary Trip, Rome, Pompeii, Positano, Capri, Venice, Tuscany, Cooking Class

Both my husband and I work full time and are extremely busy. After a chat on the phone, we were able to generally convey to our travel agent what type of activities, hotel amenities and expectations we had for our trip - and she took care of the rest! She came back with a great proposal that we only tweaked slightly. It was very nice to be able to pay for the entire trip and not worry about paying for every little thing during the trip. 

We were so excited about and impressed with the quality of information we received for our trip. A few weeks before our trip we received a packet of information that included our detailed itinerary (including small details like travel times from our hotels and suggested activities during free time), tipping guide, Italian translation book, tips for each area, and much more. Our agent set up time to review our trip with us so we felt very comfortable before heading out. 

We ran into a snafu with a delayed flight and our travel company was on call right away rearranging our schedule and taking care of all the necessary changes. Communication and availability was top notch via phone and text. Every vendor we worked with from the private drivers to the tour guides was amazing - so courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

We were truly able to decompress and relax on our trip because every detail was thought out and planned for us. This would have required several weeks of work by us and Zicasso/our travel company made it turnkey for us to enjoy every minute stress free. I have already recommended the service to my in-laws and have posted about what a great experience we've had on social media. I was truly blown away by the level of service we received. We will definitely use them again!
