Travel Review: Italy Family Vacation, Montalcino, Capri, Biking, Hiking, Food & Wine

Our agent and her group planned the most amazing two week trip for my family of five(my husband,me and our three college age kids).  There was much attention to detail, starting with the welcome bag at the hotel containing our detailed itinerary and an Italian cell phone.  Our agent called us upon arrival and welcomed us to Italy and was available at every step along the way.  The hotels that she chose for us were very nice with perfect locations.  Surprisingly, we were upgraded at almost all of them!The drivers and guides were all very knowledgable and prompt! We would highly recommend a this company!
