Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

This agent planned our trip and did a fantastic job! She not only heard our requests but was able to incorporate some wonderful experiences for us as well. It was my husband's and my first trip overseas, and it was made so much more stress-free with this agent's help.

I have encouraged friends to use this travel service in their future overseas planning. I have to comment on our agent's assistance throughout our travels. She was a phone call or email message away and responded quickly to us. Her assistance was invaluable. What an asset to your organization. If we travel again....she is the agent I would request.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The bed and breakfasts that our agent selected fit our life-style to a tee! The villa in Tuscany was beyond our wildest dreams. If we were to visit again, we would plan on spending more time in this area....just wonderful. Sorrento's accommodations were also the best!!!!! Our agent was spot-on for picking a hotel with an amazing view. Our personal guides won rave reviews by all of us in our party. We would do this again and again. None of us particularly cared for the bus tours...too crowded and not enough time to enjoy and reflect on what we were seeing.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

WE would not book as many activities in each day. We wished for more time to just enjoy our surroundings, but we were booked for activities. That is NOT the fault of our agent, we just didn't realize how beautiful our experiences would be and wished we could linger a bit longer at each stop. So in the future we may leave a day or two open just for our own planning and reflection. As I mentioned above, we would not do bus tours. The private tour guides were exceptional and that would be our only choice. Going to the Isle of Capri was okay....but the Blue Grotto was a disappointment.....I would not suggest anyone paying to see this 3 min. tour of a cave. Also, I think we would have reversed our travel plan to do Rome /Amalfi Coast at the onset....and save Tuscany for our last leg of the journey.
