I cannot express the amazing gratitude and feeling I have for Zicasso, and the travel agency that was paired for me. I want to thank our travel specialist and the company for making my first trip to Italy memorable. Everything was PERFECT, and couldn't ask for more. My trip was planned exactly how I wanted it to be. Once again THANK YOU for everything. A++++++ SERVICE

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

From arriving to Venice, and all my private tours and tour guides were amazing.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

NOTHING, everything was perfect. Maybe change the weather as it was to HOT....lol but obviously I cannot control that.
