Travel Review: Italy, Venice, Florence, Pisa & Rome, 8-Day Family Vacation

I can't say enough positive words about the travel company.  From the initial itinerary development and quoting process, to the completion of our vacation, the service was top notch.  We visited Venice, Florence, Pisa, and Rome for Spring Break.  Our travel planner, when putting together our itinerary, really listened to what we were looking for and put together exactly the vacation we wanted.  While on our way to Italy, one of our flights was cancelled, delaying our arrival by almost 24 hours.  The travel team was completely on top of it, making on-the-fly adjustments to the itinerary such that we were still able to enjoy almost everything originally planned.  Every tour guide, driver, and hotel accommodation was excellent.  Thank you travel company for making this a wonderful experience.
