Once-in-a-lifetime trip and excellent experience with this Australia/New Zealand travel agency and Shelley, our travel rep there. I recommend travel insurance to anyone taking an expensive trip. I experienced over $1,000 of unexpected expenses due to having to spend nights in a hotel, reschedule flight on another airline, etc., all due to unexpected weather conditions. This should be reimbursed by our travel insurance.
