Travel Review: Luxury Family Vacation, Dublin, Cliffs of Moher, Giant's Causeway, Falconry, Biking, Golfing

Honestly we loved every minute. We LOVED the black cab ride, sheep dog/sheep sheering, the bread making, the artist's studio, the pub crawl in Dublin, the pub nightlife in Dublin, the prison and cemetery, the Moy House, Ballynahinch (bike ride)  and Dromoland. Loved the falconry experience. My husband and son had a great time playing golf at LaHinch. The scenery was breathtaking throughout. Really enjoyed the Giant's Causeway, the Cliffs of Moher, the dark hedges, and the Burren. Our tour director had tons of interesting information the whole trip. It's also memorable that he was more than prompt, curteous,  professional, personable, helpful, and downright enjoyable to be with. If you dont like the person you're with on the coach it can be a really miserable experience. We all loved our tour director. We visited Durty Nelly's at Bunratty. A very cool place with great atmosphere. We're also a family that likes to know where we are. We very much enjoyed learning all about Irish history as well as the current situation both politically, economically and socially. We had tons of questions and got very satisfactory answers from our tour director. He was very factual and not at all biased. He always explained both sides of an issue.

There was nothing we didn't enjoy thoroughly. Even the walking tour of Dublin was fun. I also think that part of what made each aspect wonderful were the guides. Every person who presented to us ( walking tour, prison, cemetery etc was not only personable but funny. They all had a quick wit and kept us engaged. Nothing was  presented in a dry or boring way. Nothing. Again the trip was wonderful and we had our 20 something kids and they loved it! If you can keep them engaged 100% you've accomplished a huge goal!  And the food was great everywhere!
