Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We had an absolutely terrific vacation experience. It was a family vacation with my wife and four adult children. My travel agent from this Greece travel agency did an absolutely outstanding job, I wanted a high end, first class trip and it met our expectations.

I had been to Athens before so I knew where I wanted to stay and it was great, the properties in Crete, Mykanos and Santorini were all nice and the service was terrific.

The Guides selected were very knowledgable, the drivers were all in very nice vehicles, Mercedes etc. The drivers were prompt, courteous knew where they were going. We took two boat trips and we were booked in business class which made a big difference with 2 two hour boat trips.

The hotel properties ranged from nice to outstanding, but all were clean and met our needs.

I would highly recommend this travel agent, she bent over backwards for us, was always checking to make sure we were happy and that all was going as planned. I would absolutely use here again for any travel arrangements.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We loved the plans for Santorini, the property was stunning. The private catamaran boat ride around the island was one of the top highlights of the trip, the crew was great, they cooked a meal for us and we felt very comfortable and very much at home.

The tours of the ruins we all interesting but after three of four, they all started to blend together, ruins are ruins although our guides certainly didn't feel that way. The best guides were in Crete, Santorini and Mykanos.

The dinners were memorable and the restaurant recommendations from the travel agency were all very good.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would probably not book as many tours of the ruins or limit the time we spent doing that, four to 8 hours was too much and the guides want to impress you with their vast knowledge, but it was difficult to really focus and concentrate for that length of time.

We took a cooking class which was disappointing, it was not really even a cooking class as much as lunch at a Greek woman's home on mykanos. She was very nice, just not a worthwhile activity that could have been better spent elsewhere.
