Our Italy travel agent was absolutely amazing to work with!  She made planning this trip incredibly easy. She gave us wonderful recommendations on places to go and stay. She set up every guided tour and made it our job incredibly easy. Having never been overseas before, I was stressed thinking about planning it on my own. Luckily I found Zicasso! I can't tell you enough how easy planning this trip was. Our agent was able to work within our budget and plan an unforgettable trip.
