Travel Review: Luxury New Zealand Vacation, Auckland Skytower Jump, Waitomo Caves, Cathedral Cove Kayaking, Whitewater Rafting

The most enjoyable parts of the trip were the activities planned, i.e. Whitewater rafting on the Kaituna, Waitomo Caves, kayaking through Cathedral Cove and the Skytower jump.  Every guide was amazing, very professional and made our safety number one.  In addition, we decided to bungy jump at the last minute, which was quite thrilling.   We loved all of the diverse restaurants and food available throughout Auckland and New Zealand.  We especially liked Ika Seafood in Auckland.  The owner was extremely personable and spent a lot of time talking with us and describing all of the various flavors of the fish available in New Zealand.  We love that Auckland is so diverse.  We met people from all over the globe and so enjoyed getting to know new friends.  What a spectacular, beautiful country. The owners of the Bed & Breakfast we stayed at were absolutely delightful.  One taught our daughter to use a spinning wheel and the shared his homemade beer and jam and they made the most delicious breakfasts.  We actually stayed up until wee hours of the morning talking and sharing life stories.  We absolutely loved these folks.
