Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

I would rate this travel agency as 4.5. Our travel planner put together a fabulous trip for us.

All the arrangements worked well and responded to our own requests. We had even made a number of changes that required a lot of re-gigging. The greatest value was our travel planner's extensive contacts. They were very special and went out of their way to ensure a wonderful experience for us. Every detail was thought out and planned and worked beautifully. There was only one glitch and it was not our travel planner's responsibility and was remedied quickly.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The most enjoyable parts were meeting people and sharing their love and pride for NZ. Loved the food and wine, the wilderness, the hiking, kayaking and water.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

It was our first visit and this travel planner organized it so that we would see as much as possible given the limited time we had. She did a great job. We stayed at some exceptional Lodges and because of time we could only stay one night. Next time I would make sure we allowed for more time. There is so much in NZ to see I am not sure we would go back to all the same places. We would love to return again some day and explore more of the country and people.
