We enjoyed the complete beginning to end detail by our agent's team. This made the trip logistically effortless. The guides were top notch, friendly, and very, very knowledgable. There was no need for worry about anything - the team (especially our agent) stayed in touch with us throughout our journey without being obtrusive or overbearing. All reservations and tickets were taken care of and organized. Having a fine automobile to drive that appears just when needed and "goes away" just as easily when the trip was over - no lines no waiting. The overall feeling was of close friends leading us on a wonderful meandering through the best of Germany.
