Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The company checked in often to see if we were satisfied with the tour, and they were kind enough to furnish us with a mobile phone, which was a big help at times. The guide they chose were knowledgeable and fluent in English. Our driver was also accommodating, even taking the time to find a suitcase store for us when one of us needed to buy extra luggage.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

I think seeing the Taj Mahal was the most memorable, because it has always been a dream of mine to see it in person. Our guide that day was well-informed and took care to speak slowly so that we could understand everything.

Both cooking classes were unique because we got to experience a little bit of ordinary life in India, and we were able to control the amount of spice in the food, which was a problem for one of us.

Everyone was so kind and helpful.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I think I would save my shopping for Jaipur, where things were cheapest. Also, I felt that one of the guides seemed to push a little extra for us to shop at certain places so I think I will try to be more assertive about things like that next time.
