Overall the trip was excellent. This travel agency did a great job of having everything ready for us. We had to alter our trip some as we did not like Interlaken and they did a great job finding alternative lodging. I would rate the company as a 10 out of 10.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Italy definitely had much better food and the people were great. We loved both hotels we stayed in. Switzerland was the most beautiful place we have been. It was fun driving around the Alps. However, we would all have to say that we enjoyed Italy the most.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?
