Our travel agency was fantastic and helped arrange for a wonderful trip to Spain and Portugal. It is a local boutique travel company that provided attentive and personal service. Our agent designed the perfect itinerary for our first visit to these countries and checked in on us frequently throughout our trip and even met up with us for coffee while we were in Madrid.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We felt safe, pampered and cared for by all of the drivers, guides, restaurants and hotels that worked with this agency. The drivers and guides all spoke English and extremely professional. The itinerary was perfectly planned with a good mix of busy touring days and relaxing days for exploring on our own. Our travel company even provided us a Wi-Fi hotspot for navigating in Spain.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

It was a fabulous trip. I would not change a thing!
