Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our foursome was looking for specific destinations. We knew where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. Zicasso put together the perfect trip for us. It was 5 star service all the way, no problems. The hotels were super, the guides were outstanding, the drivers were top notch in comfortable Mercedes vans. We didn't want for anything.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

I had been to many of these places before, but the guides we had on this trip made it so much more memorable. They were all so personable and knowledgeable. We were all fascinated by everything we learned while having fun too!

I have to give a shout out to our guides who were a blast in Florence, Sienna, and probably our favorite for his colorful commentary, our guide in Rome.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Take a direct flight. No more lay overs. That was not worth the savings
