Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We had a great trip to Venice, Florence, and Rome. Our travel agency made everything so easy. All of the pick ups were on time, everyone was very friendly, and we had fantastic tour guides. The tour guides made things interesting for us and for our kids. We also stayed in incredible hotels. Great locations and first class service. Our trip was everything we hoped it would be, and we highly recommend this company.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The view from the balcony of our hotel in Venice, glass blowing in Murano, the cathedral in Siena, the Vatican in Rome, and spending time with our two kids. Our teenage son really enjoyed biking through Tuscany.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Spend one more day in Florence. We only had one and two would have been perfect.
