Travel Review: Mother-Daughter Trip to Italy, Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Pompeii, Cooking Class

A cooking class at our hotel in Positano, was so much fun. The chef instructors spoke perfect English so their directions were always clear. They were fun, kept pouring prosecco as we worked, and helped us to prepare 6 different recipes. The small group of travelers who were our classmates were perfect dinner companions as we devoured all of the dishes we had created. We also found the lunch that our agent arranged for us in Maiori, a small town along the Amalfi Coast, to be a highlight of our trip. The panoramic view from our table at the top of the ancient tower was spectacular and a perfect match to the endless courses brought to us as we watched Dolphins frolic in the sea. Finally, the knowledge, charm, and warmth of our private drivers made us feel at ease as we explored the many winding roads leading to centuries-old villages and and towns throughout out week.
