Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

I normally book all my trips on my own, but I was so overwhelmed with New Zealand that I felt I needed help. I was so happy with this travel agency. Steven seemed to hit the nail on the head with this one. We were very pleased with most of the lodgings he reserved for us. The ones that didn't meet our expectations were not his fault. And some of the activities were weather dependent of course. Would highly recommend them.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

I have to stay staying at the Hawkes Bay hotel was one of our favorites. The hosts just made you feel so warm and comfortable. What a fabulous place. It's obviously not for someone who wants to be in the middle of town or activities. This is a place you want to go for peace and quiet, and to be pampered.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would definitely add more days. Saw a lot in our 12 days but felt a little rushed, so would love to return to some of the towns for a longer, more relaxing stay. But overall, we did feel we got to see so much by all the different modes of transportation Steven arranged. Each offered a different perspective of NZ and we enjoyed it thoroughly.
