I wanted to follow up on your comment posted with Zicasso.
First of all, I would like to thank you for your kind words and positive review. I appreciate your feedback regarding both the highlights and some negative experiences.

I strive to provide the best experience for my clients and take negative comments seriously.
I wanted to let you know that I did follow up on the issue of the transport and AC which was not working at times. I very well know how miserable a hot and humid day can be in Buenos Aires as I experienced that many times myself.
I apologize for that inconvenience and I am addressing the issue with my local supplier.
Your concern prompted me to look into alternative transport options and offering different level of cars available to match those of the likes of Hyatt.

My mistake perhaps was arranging for the more economical transfer to respect the budget. Of course there are more exclusive options ranging from upgraded car fleet to limo service depending on the needs and budget of the client.
From the logistical point of view I always recommend arranging the transport in advance for the convenience of my clients and less stress dealing with the issue upon the arrival. Usually taxis and private fares in the airport or via hotels can be either unreliable and/or overpriced.
