Travel Review: Surprise Italy Birthday Vacation, Rome, Florence, Tuscany, Vatican Tour, Food & Wine, Art History

I initially contacted Zicasso in order to find a trip planner for a surprise Italian vacation for my wife's birthday.  I was placed in connection with several agencies , and chose this travel agency because I was immediately impressed with the way they showed so much personal interested  in my plans, as well as substantial knowledge of the area.

My trip planner was Kate, and I can not say enough good things about her.  Kate assembled an itinerary that included stays in Venice, Florence and Rome.  She gave great advice about how to design our vacation, even including restaurants in all our locations. All the travel and transfers happened smoothly, just as described.  We were especially delighted with all the tours that she arranged, particularly the guides.  We had private drivers in the wine country of Tuscany, art history experts to walk us through galleries in Florence, and even "foodies" to help us enjoy a culinary experience in Rome.  There just aren't enough ways to express how amazing the experience was.  It far exceeded expectations in every way!
