We had wanted to go to Italy for several years, but knew we needed assistance in planning our trip.After much research, we decided to use the services of Zicasso and this travel company. We chose to work with one of their top agents. We shared with her through emails and phone conversations  our style of traveling, what places we wanted to visit, and our budget. After several reviews, our agent came up with the ideal  personalized itinerary  for our  trip that also fit within our budget and time frame.

We knew we didn't want to travel with large groups, but wanted time to explore, relax, and experience the cities we chose. From private guides, to drivers, to hotels, and everything that our travel agent planned was top notch! All of the people she chose to be with us were highly professional, knowledgeable, and spoke English. They all spoke highly of our agent.

Our agent even took care of arranging for our train tickets and seats ahead of time. We just had to show up at the station! There were no worries. She had given us contact numbers for all of the personnel in case of emergency.

The hotels our agent selected for us were all exactly what we wanted as far as location and quality.
